Why is my honey crystalizing?
Crystallization is how honey naturally preserves itself. Â Crystallization does not mean your honey has gone bad.
What should I do when my honey crystallizes?
Never put your raw honey in the microwave– that will pasteurize it and get rid of the good properties. Instead, place your raw honey in the sink and fill it with hot water repeatedly until your honey is back to liquid.

Is your honey clover honey?
Yes, our bees feed on a variety of wild clovers, which consists of mostly white clover and sweet clover.
